Philip Miller

CEO
After a successful career in the U.S., Philip returned to the UK in 2005 to lead the company founded by his father. Under his watch, ABCA has grown significantly from a local family business into a strong, national organisation, establishing the brand as a leader in Fire and Security Services across the UK, trusted by over 100 companies to protect over 100,000 people.

Phil Batson

Managing Director
Phil joined our company as a fresh graduate in the finance team, where his sharp analytical skills and dedication quickly set him apart. His exceptional performance led to a promotion to Finance Director, where he further honed his strategic insight and leadership abilities. With a keen commercial eye and a passion for driving growth, Phil transitioned into the role of Managing Director, where he now leads our team with vision and determination, ensuring we continue to thrive in a competitive market.

Sam Jennings

Integration Director
Sam Jennings has joined us as our new Integration Director. Sam brings a wealth of experience in the both the industry, and in particular the integration of newly acquired businesses into similar operations. His expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve as a group and team.

Chris Scott

Operations Director
Chris joined the company in 2007 to further advance efficiencies across the operational side of the business, with a significant focus on process improvement. Chris’ work has helped ABCA maintain our ethos of being focused on the protection of our customers as the company grows across the UK.

Elliott Lawrence

Small Works Department Director.
Elliott joined the company in 2017 to oversee our Small Works Department. His significant industry experience means he is uniquely positioned to advise ABCA customers through knowledge few have access to. Elliott’s exacting approach is combined with a work ethic aligned to the reality of project pressures - his mantra – you do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Anthony McKinnon

Passive Fire Department Director
Anthony has been with ABCA for over 10 years and loves fine detail. Not only does he guarantee the smooth and efficient delivery of our installation work, he also makes sure every system is fully designed to the correct standards; without exception. No unwelcome surprises for customers, just fully compliant installations.

Alex Scott

Service Director
Alex has been with company for over 4 years and has worked across various departments in this time at ABCA, including Sales, Contract Management and of course Service. Through these roles he has developed a keen understanding of how the whole business works. This knowledge partnered with his determination to deliver an incredible customer experience makes him the perfect choice to lead our Service department.

Chris Pattinson

Sales and Marketing Director
Chris joined ABCA through the acquisition of Tyneside Security, which he owned and ran as Managing Director for 10 years. Chris has the rare skill set of joint experience within both marketing and fire & security. Chris prides himself on his relationship building and – like all ABCA Directors - is available for his customers at any time.

Dean Fisher

Finance Director

Dean provides this through his many years’ of experience, spanning across multiple sectors, which adds value to our ever growing business..
