New Clarion Housing Group Four Year Contract
ABCA have been awarded a new four year contract for Clarion Housing Group regarding Door Entry, Gates/Barriers/Roller Shutters and CCTV Repairs and Upgrades. The contract was won through competitive tender using the Fusion21 procurement framework and ABCA were awarded two out of the three (maximum possible) lots across the country.
Although the contract is a full new agreement, ABCA have held the last four year contract since 2016 and have performed well. This undoubtedly had an influence on ABCA retaining the contract and ABCA now proudly cover 70% of the whole portfolio; rather than 50% in the previous contract.
The new four year improved contract starts in June. The Directors are delighted with the performance of the bid team, as well as the existing service team, in their success in retaining one of the largest housing associations as a customer on such a prestigious contract. Well done to all involved.
